Player Development

Stage 1 - Overall Goal
To get the basics right in order to lay down a strong foundation for the future. 

Stage 2 - Overall Goal
The physical & tactical development of the player and learning advanced strokes. The player is introduced to tournament play. 

Stage 3 - Overall Goal
The focus will be on periodization training, to make sure that the player peaks at the right time. He/she would be participating in maximum number of tournaments. The stress would be on developing tactical & mental aspect of the game.

Stage 4 - Overall Goal
To player should be ready to compete at Men's tournament level. The stress shall continue to be on periodization training. 

Participation in maximum numbers intra-academy, junior national & international tournaments.
